Bayern Munich are reportedly considering a move for Florian Wirtz as they begin preparing for a potential future without Michael Olise.
The German giants are understood to be keeping a close eye on Wirtz as questions continue to surround Olise’s long-term future at the club.
There is growing uncertainty over whether Olise will remain in Munich beyond the current period, with reports of interest from Spain adding further speculation over his next move.
A source quoted by BILD claimed: “No one knows if Olise will be able to stay one more year.”
Should Olise eventually leave, Bayern could look to Wirtz as a major attacking addition capable of filling an important creative role. The German international has already established himself as one of the Bundesliga’s standout attacking players, making him a natural name to consider as Bayern plan for the future.
For now, no decision has been confirmed regarding Olise’s future, while Bayern’s interest in Wirtz remains part of their longer-term planning.
