The 29-year-old has 117 goal involvements in 237 appearances in the division, while his captaincy credentials for his club means he will bring some leadership to the squad. If West Ham get relegated, there could be a bargain fee on the table, though at the time of writing he is currently valued at £30.2 million by Transfermarkt.
