In a move that’s already lighting up the music and film worlds, Netflix has officially announced the lead actor in its upcoming documentary-drama honoring legendary Irish singer-songwriter Van Morrison. The role will be portrayed by none other than Cillian Murphy, fresh off the global success of Oppenheimer and long admired for his powerful, introspective performances.
