IGA SWIATEK CRUISES INTO INDIAN WELLS FOURTH ROUND
Iga Swiatek had another easy win, defeating Ukraine’s Dayana Yastremska with a dominant 6-0, 6-2 score to advance to the fourth round of Indian Wells. The two-time Indian Wells champion remains a top favorite to defend her 2023 title.
Swiatek, ranked No. 2, showed a huge skill gap against No. 46 Yastremska, sticking to a clear game plan. Their last match just three weeks ago was slightly more competitive, with Yastremska putting up a fight in the first set before Swiatek took control, winning 7-5, 6-0.
