FOUNDATION TO RECEIVE SUPPORT FROM ‘THE ARTFUL CODGERS’ EXHIBITION AT SUMMERLEE MUSEUM

Here’s the article rewritten in simple English:

The Summerlee Museum of Scottish Industrial Life in Coatbridge will soon have a special art exhibition. It will celebrate the work of three old friends—Jim Scullion, Danny McGrain, and Tony Roper—who all became very successful in their careers.

The Celtic FC Foundation feels lucky and thankful to Jim, Danny, and Tony for their kindness. After the exhibition, they will donate some of their artwork to be auctioned. The money raised will help support the Foundation’s work.

These three friends share a love for football, creativity, and a strong friendship. For years, they have met at Celtic Park on Tuesday afternoons whenever possible to create unique art together.

Jim, a two-time European Sports Artist of the Year award winner, has displayed his work worldwide. He has also helped famous footballers, actors, and directors improve their artistic skills.

The exhibition, called ‘The Artful Codgers’, will display the amazing art they have created over the years.

This exhibition is free for everyone to attend. It will open to the public on Sunday, March 30, 2025, and the artists will be there on that day.

After that, the exhibition will be open every day from 10 AM to 4 PM and will close on Monday, June 9, 2025.

We wish Jim, Danny, and Tony good luck with this amazing event and thank them again for their great support!
