Klubnik threw for 3,639 yards and 36 touchdowns in his final season at Clemson, leading the Tigers to a 12-1 record and a spot in the College Football Playoff.
The Saints have a history of drafting quarterbacks in the first round, having selected Archie Manning in 1971 and Drew Brees in 2001. While it’s unclear whether the Saints will select Klubnik or another quarterback, it’s clear that the team is looking to upgrade the position.
