Liverpool fans are all in agreement and made the same complaint after seeing a detail in the club’s new adidas kit.
Liverpool have made some major changes this summer ahead of the new season.
They’ve splashed the cash to sign the likes of Jeremie Frimpong, Florian Wirtz, Milos Kerkez and Hugo Ekitike, while losing Trent Alexander-Arnold to Real Madrid.
Liverpool will wear a new kit for the 2025/26 campaign, which was debuted on Monday when the Reds played La Liga side Athletic Bilbao in back-to-back friendly games at Anfield.
A youthful Liverpool team beat Bilbao 4-1, with the likes of Rio Ngumoha, who got on the scoresheet, and Ben Doak starring in their victory.
Arne Slot fielded his first-team stars in the second match, with the likes of Mohamed Salah and Wirtz playing from the start.
Ahead of kick-off, Liverpool took to social media to share images of Salah and Wirtz’s shirts.
But fans online weren’t impressed with the font on the back of the two shirts.
They urged the club to change the font as they made their feelings known.
One X user wrote: “This font needs to go, it’s awful.”
A second said: “It’s too beautiful (except the font).”
A third added: “Change the fonts. It’s so bad.”
A fourth commented: “This font is terrible.”
Another urged: “PLEASE CHANGE THE FONT.”

Wirtz, meanwhile, has been given the iconic No.7 shirt at Liverpool, which was previously worn by Luis Diaz, who moved to Bayern Munich.
And the club confirmed the sale of 42,000 Wirtz shirts within one hour of the announcement, prompting the official website to crash due to high demand.Featured Image Credit: Getty
