SHOCKING MOVE: VODAFONE DUMPS EMMA RADUCANU, ENDS £3 MILLION DEAL WITH FORMER BRITISH TENNIS STAR!
After winning the US Open at just 18, Emma Raducanu became a global star, and many big brands wanted to work with her.
But since then, the 22-year-old has struggled to repeat that success. Injuries and constant changes in her coaching team have made things difficult.
Now, it looks like some of her sponsors are stepping away. According to the Mail on Sunday, Vodafone has ended its £3 million-a-year deal with her.
Sources say the company didn’t want to renew the deal because she was asking for too much money.
Back in December 2021, Emma became the face of Vodafone shortly after her US Open win. She also signed big deals with Nike, Tiffany, Evian, and British Airways.
In 2024, she was the seventh highest-paid female athlete in the world. Reports say she earned about £9 million from brand deals and £11 million in total.
