Despite not being their best on the pitch, especially in the second half, Liverpool still took three points in a clash with rock-bottom Wolves, beating them 2-1.
Speaking after the match, Arne Slot chose to focus on the result over performance.
“Happy because in football it’s about results,” the Liverpool head coach told Sky Sports.
“So many times this season, our performances have been good without the results. The end product of it all, a win, is what I like.
“There are positive things to take. I had to bring Conor Bradley and Cody Gakpo in, who haven’t trained much this week. To still win is a positive.”
