The head coach did not address their respective conditions during his media briefing, though none of the three were involved in training on Tuesday.
Giovanni Leoni is a long-term absentee due to an anterior cruciate ligament tear.
Slot was asked about the availability of Joe Gomez, who was an unused substitute last weekend as he manages a knee complaint.
“He is one of the five defenders we have [available],” said the boss. “Normally I wouldn’t go into detail maybe that much but he had an injection last week on his knee.
“So, that means that’s normally not because you don’t feel anything.
“Apart from maybe me making the decision to play Dom [Szoboszlai] or someone else in that position, this is also to do with him not being completely fit.
“Although, he is in the group tomorrow, as he was on Saturday. But [he] wasn’t able to train last week every single time.”
Szoboszlai was used at right-back at the outset of the Premier League defeat by Nottingham Forest last time out.
Slot confirmed the Hungary international will be selected again to face PSV, though withheld specifics of which position.
“He is one of the options I have [at right-back] but it’s also clear that Dom is very good in other areas of the pitch,” he said of Szoboszlai.
“I was expecting, which turned out to be true, that we had a lot of ball possession against Forest, so he could from that full-back position attack a lot. Which is also what he did, especially in the first half I think we were very dangerous over our right side. Over our left side, by the way, as well.
“That Dom can play in multiple positions, that’s clear. Let’s see where we use him tomorrow. But I am going to use him, that’s for sure.”
PSV arrive on Merseyside having navigated each of their past 11 games in all competitions without defeat.
The latest result was a 1-0 win on the road at NAC Breda last Saturday, where coach Peter Bosz named the same starting XI for the fifth match in a row.
Bosz was asked about what needs to improve from that display and said: “Everything, really. Especially how we played in the matches before.
“When we’re in possession we have to keep hold of the ball more, stop losing silly balls and silly passes when we’re under pressure against the opponent. That’s going to be no different tomorrow – they’re going to try to create chances and put us under pressure.
“We’re going to try to play football, dare to play football. So, when you’re better in possession then it’s easier than when you have to defend.
“Really important game, also with the points at stake. But this is the same way in every match in the Champions League.
“[I will tell the players] that we have to be PSV, the way we want to play. Liverpool are the same, they have got their own way of playing.
“So, tomorrow it’s all about who is going to do that the best.”
Summer signings Alassane Plea and Ruben van Bommel are on the visitors’ injury list currently.
“It’s the same [players] who are actually fit,” said Bosz.
“We’ve got little niggles and tiredness, but if you play here you’re not going to feel any niggles and tiredness, if you play at such a stadium as this.”
