FIFA has announced the shortlist for The Best FIFA Men’s Coach 2025, with seven top managers competing for the prestigious award. Among the nominees are Paris Saint-Germain boss Luis Enrique and Hansi Flick, who has impressed in his first season in charge of Barcelona.
The list also includes Mikel Arteta of Arsenal, Enzo Maresca of Chelsea, Arne Slot of Liverpool, Roberto Martinez of Portugal, and Mexico coach Javier Aguirre.
The nominees were selected by a panel of experts from around the world, recognizing the managers who achieved standout results over the past year. Voting opened on Thursday and will run until November 28, with fans able to cast their votes via FIFA’s official platform.
The winner will be announced at The Best FIFA Football Awards 2025 ceremony later this year, which will also honor the best players, goalkeepers, and coaches in both men’s and women’s football.
