Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is back training at Arsenal’s London Colney as he prepares for the next chapter of his career, sources told Sky Sports. The 32-year-old midfielder is a free agent after his contract with Turkish club Besiktas was terminated in August.
Oxlade-Chamberlain originally joined Arsenal in 2011, the same summer as current manager Mikel Arteta, and made 198 appearances for the Gunners before moving to Liverpool in 2017. During his time in north London, he won three FA Cups and three Community Shields.
The versatile former Southampton star has reportedly already declined several offers from clubs but is keen to stay fit and monitor opportunities while training back at his old club.
