Florian Wirtz – 8.5
That was arguably Wirtz’s best performance in the Premier League for Liverpool. He grabbed his first-ever assist with a slick pass for Isak’s goal and ruled things in the Spurs half. Wirtz created quite a few chances, passed the ball forward smartly and also won five duels, working hard to ensure his side grinded out a win.
Hugo Ekitike – 8
Ekitike continues his impressive form for Liverpool with another brilliant display. He was a thorn for the defenders with his smart movement and came alive in the second half. Scored an impressive header and his link-up play was smart too.

Alexander Isak – 7.5
Even though Isak might’ve only played for just over 10 minutes, he made a very impressive impact in the short period. Isak took his chance perfectly to score a brilliant goal, but was unfortunate to pick up an injury.
Ryan Gravenberch – 7
The Dutchman was back to his energetic best in the midfield to help his side control the game strongly. Gravenberch created two chances with smart passes, moved the ball forward fluidly and was also able to win three duels to help Liverpool win the midfield battle.
Virgil van Dijk – 7
Despite his questionable positioning for Richarlison’s goal, Van Dijk kept things very secured in the Liverpool backline for the majority of the game. He won nine duels, bullying the Spurs forwards and also came up with four clearances in a hard-working effort.
Alexis Mac Allister – 5
That was a really frustrating performance from the Argentine. He was unable to create much at all, giving the ball away quite a few times as well. He lost the majority of his duels and was bullied in the midfield, before being booked late on too.
