Liverpool head coach Arne Slot has provided his thoughts on PSV Eindhoven ahead of the Reds’ Champions League encounter, highlighting both the similarities and differences between the two sides.
“There are things we can see that are common in both teams. Last two years under Peter Bosz it dares to press all over the pitch and build up from the back. It’s nice to look at as a spectactor.
“There are some differences. But a lot of things you can see how he plays at Dortmund and Ajax and now PSV.
“Our biggest responsibility is to win matches. It’s difficult to say in general, we have been playing against teams who play a completely different way to us.
“PSV play near the same way. It’s going to be different to what we had last Saturday,” Slot has said.
