“It was a good game against a really good team,” Alexis Mac Allister told Amazon Prime after Liverpool’s 1-0 win over Real Madrid in which he scored the only goal.
“Important win but we know it doesn’t mean anything. We have the experience of finishing first last season and we went out early. It’s important to build confidence.

After the win at Anfield, Liverpool have caught up with Real Madrid in the Champions League table on nine points.
They also appear to have turned the corner after a poor run of form, winning back-to-back games.
