BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — Indiana Football held its highly anticipated 2025 Pro Day on Thursday, giving several Hoosier standouts the opportunity to showcase their skills in front of NFL scouts and personnel. Among the top performers were linebacker Jailin Walker and wide receiver Myles Price, both of whom met with the media following their workouts to discuss their performances, preparation, and hopes for the future.
For Jailin Walker, Pro Day represented a crucial opportunity to demonstrate his athleticism and versatility. After a productive senior season where he led the Hoosiers in tackles for loss and served as a defensive leader, Walker said he felt confident heading into the event.
“I’ve been training for this moment since the season ended,” Walker said. “My focus has been on getting quicker, stronger, and more explosive. I wanted to show today that I can play fast and smart, and I think I did that.”
Walker impressed during position drills, showing solid lateral movement and good anticipation during coverage reps. His 40-yard dash time, unofficially clocked in the mid-4.6-second range, helped reinforce his profile as a linebacker capable of handling both run-stopping duties and coverage responsibilities.
When asked about feedback from NFL teams, Walker said he’s already been in conversations with a handful of organizations.
“They like my leadership, my football IQ, and the way I can read offenses,” Walker noted. “The goal now is to keep improving leading up to the draft and hopefully hear my name called.”
Meanwhile, Myles Price also made the most of his Pro Day opportunity. After transferring to Indiana and making an immediate impact as a dynamic slot receiver and return specialist, Price knew this workout was a chance to solidify his standing as an NFL prospect.
“I just wanted to come out here and remind people that I’m a playmaker,” Price said. “Route running, catching cleanly, showing burst out of my breaks – those were my focus areas today.”
Price’s agility drills stood out, particularly his three-cone and shuttle times, which drew praise from scouts in attendance. Throughout the position drills, he displayed reliable hands and crisp route-running, underscoring his potential as a slot weapon at the next level.
In terms of feedback, Price mentioned several teams expressed interest in how they might use him not only on offense but also on special teams.
“I told them I’m ready to do whatever it takes,” Price said. “Punt return, kick return, whatever role they see me in, I’m here for it.”
For both Walker and Price, Pro Day was just another step in the long pre-draft process. With the NFL Draft now less than two months away, each will continue private workouts, interviews, and training with the hope of securing their shot at the professional level.
“Today was a blessing,” Walker concluded. “Now it’s back to work until my name gets called.”
As Indiana Football continues to produce NFL-caliber talent, Pro Day serves as a reminder of the program’s growth and the bright futures ahead for stars like Walker and Price.
